Recurring Automatic Payment Form 
Use this form to change all your automatic payment withdrawals over to your Watermark Credit Union business account. Don’t forget your automatic payments made online. You can make additional copies of this form as needed.
Account Closure Form
This form letter tells your previous financial institution to close your existing account(s) and transfer your funds to your Watermark Credit Union business account. Fill out the form and mail it to your previous financial institution.

That’s it! Complete and submit the necessary forms and you'll have switched your business account(s) to Watermark Credit Union. (Be sure to allow for sufficient processing time for all institutions to implement your changes.) Now you can start taking full advantage of the benefits we have to offer.
