Position:
Information Center Specialist
Description: Do you have a SMILE in your voice? Are you BRIGHT and EAGER to help others with a background in BANKING, SALES and CUSTOMER SERVICE? Responsible for answering incoming calls and assisting members; including but not limited to: presenting and explaining credit union products and services, assisting members to resolve account related problems, initiating loans, and processing account transactions. The position requires a thorough knowledge of all types of account ownership and classifications, as well as a broad knowledge of credit union services. This high contact person requires an ability to communicate effectively with prospective and current members and to represent the credit union in a positive and professional manner.
Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or general equivalency degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
