Member Service Consultant
Description:
Looking for CUSTOMER SERVICE PROFESSIONALS with BANKING, SALES and CUSTOMER SERVICE experience, professional appearance, good communication skills. A MSC opens new accounts, verifies and processes alterations to existing accounts, sells other credit union services, answers members questions, and resolves related account problems. Minimum of one year experience with a financial institution.
Minimum Requirements: A bachelors degree in a related field. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty sactisfactorily.
