of transaction codes (Expert Mode). You may try both and choose the one that's right for you.

Switch from Menu Mode to Expert Mode:
Menu option 7, then 3, then 2.

Switch from Expert Mode to Menu Mode:

Telephone service codes (Expert Mode) are listed by numbers and letters. Use whichever is more convenient for you; they are the same. Note the letter codes refer to the beginning letter in the words of the transactions, for example: LB=Loan Balance; W=Withdrawal. It's easy! You don't have to memorize the codes. We have printed them here for you.
