• New Member Account Form
  Only required for new members.

Direct Deposit Form If your employer offers direct deposit, complete this form and take it to your payroll department. For Social Security payments call 1-800-772-1213 and tell them you want your Direct Deposit to go to Watermark Credit Union. Be ready to give them your account number (which we’ll give you), Social Security Number and the Watermark Credit Union routing number (3250 82033). Recurring Automatic Payment Form Use this form to change all your automatic payment withdrawals over to your Watermark Credit Union account. Don’t forget your automatic payments made online. You can make additional copies of this form as needed. Account Closure Form This form letter tells your previous financial institution to close your existing account(s) and transfer your funds to your Watermark Credit Union account. Fill out the form and mail it to your previous financial institution.

That’s it! Complete and submit the necessary forms and you'll have switched your account(s) to Watermark Credit Union. (Be sure to allow for sufficient processing time for all institutions to implement your changes.) Now you can start taking full advantage of the benefits we have to offer.
