Watermark Credit Union Supports Troops With Care Packages

Watermark Credit Union wants to recognize and pay special homage to those servicemen and women that are currently serving in combat zones in Afghanistan and Iraq. The credit union is doing this by launching a Support The Troops Campaign during the month of July.

Watermark Credit Union is inviting its members to nominate a family member currently serving, in Afghanistan and Iraq, to receive a care package from the credit union. The credit union's five branch locations in Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, Lynnwood, and Southcenter have nomination boxes decked out as care packages. Members are encouraged to complete a nomination slip for someone in their family.

The credit union will send a care package to each serviceman and woman nominated. The care packages will contain items such as T-shirts, socks, batteries, granola/power bars, beef jerky, playing cards, toiletries, and many more treats.
